You can tour all three incredible distilleries within a 15-minute radius, then enjoy lunch at The Stave—making it the perfect day trip for bourbon and home renovation enthusiasts alike.

Once you arrive at our location in the Lexington Distillery District, there are a few options for lunch and two smaller distilleries you could visit. If your trip places you in Lexington at night versus a nearby city, you can stay at The Manchester, a new modern premium hotel only 2 minutes from our location. There is also a unique Airbnb on top of the Pepper distillery available for rent.
Why do people travel to our location?
It’s the same reason people have driven 14 hours to buy floor tile, we have a massive in-stock inventory. Attached in our warehouse is also KY Tile Closeouts, home to 1 million sqft of in-stock tile. We’ve had people drive from Chicago, NJ, Cleveland, NC, Texas, and a few other states. And that’s just to buy tile. If you plan to add tile to your kitchen purchase, please, please, please consider the weight concept. It’s an everyday event in our store to deal with customers that do not anticipate the weight and/or truck & trailer payload concept. Your cabinets won’t be very heavy. That will be more of a volume issue. But a pallet of tile consisting of 500sqft is 2000lbs (1 ton). If you plan to drive back with cabinets and tile, then this is a volume and weight discussion.

Arriving at KY Tile Closeouts or Teak Closeouts should come from Manchester Street via New Circle Road or Oliver Lewis Way.
Easy interstate arrival is from exit 115 off I-64/I-75 shared highway onto Newton Pike. Newton Pike turns into Oliver Lewis Way at Main Street in about 3.5 miles. From Oliver Lewis, Manchester Street is the next right.
As you travel down Manchester Street from Oliver Lewis Way, the right turn is about 1 mile. You will see the large distillery looming on your left just before you make your turn right.
GPS directions like to send you through the residential neighborhood. Proof positive that technology is not foolproof.
